Erica D Hayes

Erica D. Hayes is a Detroit-born lighting designer and programmer known for her work with legendary musicians like The Isley Brothers, H.E.R., and Daniel Caesar, as well as rising stars Flo Millie and Lucky Daye. She transitioned into television and film, earning credits on shows like Westworld, Insecure, and That Girl Lay Lay, and joining the IATSE 728 union. With over 15 years of experience, Hayes continues to balance music and film projects, driven by her motto, “work comes from work.”

Zach Berget

Zach Berget is a creative specializing in stage design and overall direction. Representing WastedPotential based out of Los Angeles, CA.  Work credits include projects like Jack Harlow, Don Toliver, Chris Lake, Daniel Caesar, J Cole, Rod Wave, AFI, Future and many more.
