Cynthia Winstead - Missouri State

Cynthia Winstead has designed costumes at the St. Louis Black Repertory Theatre and at 59E59 Theatres in New York City.

For the past 30 years she has lived in Springfield, Missouri and taught costume design at Missouri State University. She has advised design students on countless shows and has herself designed many shows at the university and it’s summer theatre, Tent Theatre.

Cynthia is the coordinator of the BFA Design, Technology, and Stage Management program. That job entails organizing the portfolio review in New York City every spring.
